The Vagina, G-Spot and Female Ejaculation

Female ejaculation (also known colloquially as squirting or gushing)
refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of clear fluid by women  from the paraurethral ducts and/or urethra during orgasm. The exact
source of the fluid is debated, although some researchers believe it originates from the Skene's gland.

There are no standards or rules for this occurrence. It may appear as incontinence or urinating during sex, specifically during orgasm. Or in some women's cases, they have always been "very very wet"
during arousal and climax.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Empty your bladder first. The feeling just before ejaculating is similar to the feeling you have when you have to pee, but you want the urge to come on as a result of arousal and not a full bladder.
  2. Practice in a comfortable place. This suggestion is very important so that you are relaxed and ready when the feel the urge to "release". A few places to try to practice may be in the bath or while sitting on the toilet. The main thing is to drop your apprehensions and literally "go with the flow"!
  3. Usually ejaculation will come on as a result of stimulating the paraurethral glands and/or the g-spot (urethral sponge).
  4. Stimulating the g-spot for any length of time will be easiest to do with a dildo, insertable toy or vibrator. Any toy that is firm, or one that is curved for g-spot stimulation will do. Use a lot of clitoral stimulation, but also stimulate your urethra by massaging inside the top of your vagina both around the opening and inside a few inches. Many women find urethral stimulation very pleasant in and of itself. Keeping up the clitoral stimulation you may also want to try and stimulate the g-spot
  5. Vary the strokes and the pressure and experiment with what feels good. As you are doing this you may feel the urge to urinate (along with feeling very excited and hot!). This happens just prior to ejaculating. At this point as we said before, just "go with the flow" and let it all out.
Remember, as with all matters of sexual response and behavior:
try it... if you like it, do it again!
If you don't like it, don't do it anymore!

The Octu-pussy Glass G-spot  toy works best when half-sitting upright with legs spread apart and relaxed. Explore with the tip, holding the "tail" like a handle on a mug, then slide the tip in slowly with lubricant. It's designed with plenty of "sensory" nubs and perfectly tilted for G-Spot stim, too!

If you choose to try it anally, the doggy-style position, prone laying on the edge of a bed or straddling a pony bench will give you the best angle for insertion. Vaginally or anally, it's girthy, so you will know it's there!

Since this is a Pyrex [Borosilicate] glass toy, there is no need to worry about cleaning, because any cleanser or cleaning method will do the job!

You can boil it, put it in the dishwasher, or just use an  antibacterial soap and rinse with hot water! Whatever works best for you.

Store for safe keeping in its original box.

Loud Oragsms: Using your Voice for your Best Orgasm Ever

Loud orgasms are powerful orgasms that occur when you engage your voice with deep belly sounds when climaxing. The more you let go and the more vocal you become during lovemaking, the better your chances of having your best orgasm ever.

Allowing themselves the pleasure of moaning orgasms can sometimes be really difficult for women. Shyness and feelings of insecurity can contribute to staying silent between the sheets. The irony is that men generally find vocal women a real turn-on and simply love their partners to get loud.

The free flow of this energy is essential to feeling more pleasure. Some women even report spontaneous orgasms, multi-orgasms and female ejaculation when they allow themselves to make deep belly sounds while arousal is building.

If you're feeling particularly vulnerable around this issue, practice making sounds during solo sex first. Breathe deeply into your belly through-out self-pleasure. Focus on low and deep tones as they come from way down in your body cavity and allow the best orgasmic response to come forth. With practice you will find that the energy of loud orgasms vibrate your genitals and this energy moves through-out your entire body.

When you have succeeded in improving the quality of your orgasms during solo sex, give yourself permission during intercourse to moan, hum, groan, sing and shout your way to ecstasy and bliss.

Your lover will thank you too!

Vagina secrets you never knew

They're strange and wondrous things, female fiddly bits. Not only do they offer women great pleasure, they also have the capacity to put her through enormous pain. While many of us have taken care to learn a little about our own or our partner's vagina, there's no doubt that there are still a few things we could all learn. Here are just some of them:

The vagina is self-cleaning

It's a niftily designed little outfit down there. Whether after menstruation or sex the vagina actually cleans itself out through secreting a special saline and mucous solution. In fact, the vaginal ecosystem is a delicate one that shouldn't be tampered with - so avoid putting heavily scented soaps or creams up there. Even douching with water can cause problems. Rather, use an unscented, pH-balanced vaginal wash to keep things smelling clean down there and treat your vagina with the respect it deserves - it knows what to do.

Vaginal juice is better than man-made moisturizer

Your vagina secretes a really amazing component called squalene which keeps your vagina elastic and moist. Interestingly, squalene is used in cosmetics because of its great moisturizing quality and because it doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy.

An orgasm is a good painkiller

Have a mild headache? Then what are you waiting for? Having an orgasm will work wonders to drive the pain away because it acts as an analgesic meaning that it helps make the pain disappear without that numbing effect.

Besides the G-spot

Oh, we know it could be there, but so far, there's been very little conclusive evidence. Instead, focus on stimulating the clitoris and A-spot which is also situated inside her, but higher up - just opposite the cervix.

What's your flavor?

The fluids of your vagina tend to be influenced by what you eat. A healthy vagina shouldn't smell particularly strong, but might take on the flavor of your last meal. If that happened to be asparagus, then you're pretty much guaranteed to have a rather interesting smell down there, while the general rule is that eating pineapple tends to give your vagina a pleasant taste and smell.

It can fall out!

Yes, ladies and gentleman, ladies' fiddly bits can also go south when the going gets rough. It's called a vaginal prolapse and occurs when the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and part of the vaginal canal move downwards from their original place in the pelvis. Sometimes, part of the vaginal canal can protrude from the vaginal opening. It can occur to women who have had hysterectomies or have undergone traumatic childbirth. In extreme cases, surgery might be necessary, but often pelvic floor exercises are prescribed to try and help pull everything back into place naturally.

Women can ejaculate

Yes, the vaginal squirt is not the stuff of myths. During arousal women produce fluid which helps lubricate the vagina and make it easier to have intercourse. A build-up of this fluid at the time of orgasm can result in its expulsion as her vagina contracts in orgasm - ta-da! The female orgasm in a nutshell.

It gets longer when aroused

While the length and size of the vaginal canal varies, the average is around seven to 10 centimetres when not aroused. During arousal, the vaginal canal lengthens sometimes as much as double making sex a lot more comfortable and pleasant for both the woman and her partner.
